Mighty Martha and the Presidential Election
When I was younger I loved to write despite not feeling like I was the best writer. However my fear of being a bad writer did not get in my way. In 2015, I started writing Mighty Martha and the Presidential Election. After many rough drafts and finding the right team to bring this story to life, Mighty Martha and the Presidential Election is ready for – you!
I graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Child and Youth Development. I worked as a gymnastics teacher for 8 years before becoming a nanny for two young boys. After nannying, I owned a Gymboree Play & Music in my community. I am currently be working in Finance, but my passion will always being fostering learning in joy in young children. My hobbies include bike rides, baking, yoga and spending time with my family, friends and two cats Milo & Josie.
Martha teaches us to be mighty and to stand up for what we believe in. Just like Martha, I believe we can make this place so much better than before.
